dog walk on the mountain/various big lakes
Brian and I were both "back home" so a hike around Bear Creek with the hounds was in order
Hawkeye and Brian on point. Mazzy and me bringing up the rear
detour
oh shit!
since the 'Squatch is basically vertical, I didn't want to get too close to the edge.
pit stop
we came out on the trail that we pretty much stay on all winter long. it has all the fun stuff to get worked on
notice Brian's favorite tree hip on the left and the "cliff" that always looks a lot more fun and exciting from the lift than when you actually ride off of it. where's the mailbox?
I told Mazzy I jibbed that piece so she had to get hers as well
then we found the graveyard. damn, where was this piece when we were trying to learn inverts?
it's obviously mobile. we'll have to haul it out next season
this kinda reminds me of the scene where Lance tosses the tail fin off the caddy. "Later Dog." movie?
met up with Jim for a quick session at the Tractor pad
turned into a slappy session
leave your mark kids
Blue Marsh Lake for some urban swimming!
pheasant
dashboard dining and storm watching at the original big lake, Lake Ontelaunee
double order of veggie burgers for me. I was starving
then it was off to Cedar Lake in New Jersey. this is where Claire's parents (of new friends, Jeremy and Claire live. peep Jeremy and Claire's website at http://www.day19.com/v6/ . they were beyond nice and super accommodating hosts. cheers to the Weiss's!
George going for the catch of the day
then it was over to Lake Hopatcong (I think) for a mortgage burning party/bbq at Jeremy's dad's lakehouse
didn't take long for the action to move to the dock. here is Karaoke Ryan testing out the newest configuration of immproperly used floatation devices
Jeremy
time to switch up the technique
everybody was out getting theirs on the dock
Crocodile Mile?
yeah, I think I wanna live on a lake
Eli found the hose which meant he'd be occupied for the next 4 hours
dead soldiers. for some reason I think Gassler and Lowdown would have enjoyed themselves at this party
uh oh, hairspray and a spud...you know what time it is
Eli had the honors of the first deployment
Bob gets a physics lesson
Pat was up next
car ferry back to the mainland at the end of a stellar day
fire pit back at Cedar Lake
what's bitin'?
I believe this is my first vertical natural occuring 3
long overdue
thanks again to the the Weiss's. check out http://www.day19.com/v6/
